Not a large watch, this mens Octagon measures 31mm wide and the crown and guards add a couple more millimeters. It features a stainless steel case with 18K gold octagonal bezel, classic white Roman dial with blue steel "epee" hands, sapphire topped crown, and Cartier mechanical movement.
On our Certified Pre-Owned example for sale here the original bezel has previously been aftermarket set by a jewelery with brilliant sparkling diamonds that are white and eye clean.
Unlike the quartz version of the Santos, this more desirable mechanical example possesses an automatic movement and in a way showcases the timeless art of traditional watchmaking.

A watchmaker has freshly cleaned and oiled the movement and installed a brand new reverser gear. The reverser gears often need replacement in pre-owned examples of these. It is keeping time withing approx. 1 second per hour.
Note: Even after servicing and correct parts replacement these watches can tend to be feel tight to wind. Their reverser wheels also tend to wear more quickly than in other watches. Instead of being hand wound regularly, we recommend that they're kept on a watch winder.
